Welcome to Jambol. By accessing and using the app you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

Jambol is an entertainment and football prediction/fantasy app. It is not a real-money gambling platform and does not offer financial advice.

2. Account

You must register with accurate data, keep your credentials safe and use the platform lawfully.

3. Game rules

• Points and standings have no cash value unless expressly stated.
• Data may come from third parties and can be delayed.
• Jambol may correct material data or ranking errors.

4. Conduct

• Do not post offensive or illegal content.
• Do not access other users’ data without authorisation.
• Do not use bots that alter the game.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may run maintenance or functional changes.

6. Privacy

Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, under the GDPR.

7. Ads and payments

Jambol monetises with ads and paid Premium private-league features. Payments go through third-party gateways.

8. Sports data

Jambol integrates API-Football data. Club names and crests belong to their owners and are used for identification. Jambol is not affiliated with clubs, leagues or federations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jambol is not liable for indirect damages from using the service.

10. Intellectual property

Software, design, original content and the Jambol brand belong to their owners.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish and applicable EU law. Disputes go to the courts of Madrid unless mandatory law says otherwise.

12. Premium and refunds

Premium price is users × price per user. On iOS, payment is via the App Store. Issues: contact@jambol.co.
